Project Type: Planned Preventive Maintenance
Services Sectors: Industrial Manufacturing
Services Delivered: Natural Gas Boiler Servicing, Oil Boiler Servicing, Multi-Site Coordination

The Challenge

Servicing boiler plant across multiple sites simultaneously is a more complex undertaking than it might first appear. Each site had its own plant configuration, its own operational requirements, and its own sensitivity to downtime. The servicing programme had to be coordinated across all locations in a way that ensured every boiler was attended to within the required timeframe, without disrupting the day-to-day comfort and operation of the staff and accommodation facilities that depended on them.

Synchronising a multi-site programme of this nature required detailed scheduling, clear communication with the client’s facilities team at each location, and a service team with the experience and flexibility to work efficiently across different plant types and configurations.

The Solution

Fergal Warren Mechanical developed a structured servicing schedule in coordination with the Element Six facilities team, mapping each boiler across every site and sequencing the programme to minimise disruption while ensuring all plant was covered within the required window.

Both natural gas and oil boilers were serviced to the full manufacturer and industry standard, with all works documented on completion. Any issues identified during servicing were reported to the client immediately, with recommendations for remedial works provided where required. The programme was delivered on schedule and to the consistent standard that a client operating across multiple sites with no tolerance for plant failure demands.
