Precision Process Piping for Industrial and Pharmaceutical Applications

Process piping demands a standard of workmanship that leaves no margin for compromise. What We Do

Stainless Steel Process Piping

We install stainless steel process piping systems in grades 316L and 304, with orbital and manual TIG welding to ASME BPE and EN standards as required. All welds are carried out by our qualified welding operators and are subject to our internal quality control programme, including weld log documentation, visual inspection, and boroscopic inspection where specified.

Compressed Air Networks

We design and install compressed air distribution networks for manufacturing and industrial facilities, including ring mains, point-of-use connections, pressure regulation, and filtration. Systems are sized and installed to deliver the required pressure, flow, and air quality at each point of use.

Chilled Water Systems

We install chilled water pipework systems for process cooling and building services applications, including primary and secondary distribution circuits, insulated pipework, pump sets, expansion vessels, and associated controls. All systems are pressure tested, flushed, and commissioned before handover.

Purified Water and Water for Injection Systems

For pharmaceutical and medical device clients, we install purified water (PW) and water for injection (WFI) distribution loops in hygienic stainless steel, meeting the stringent sanitary design requirements of these systems. All works are carried out in compliance with relevant pharmacopoeial and regulatory requirements, with full weld documentation and testing records.

Steam and Condensate Systems

We install steam supply and condensate return systems for process and heating applications, including pipework, steam traps, pressure reducing valves, strainers, and condensate receivers. All steam systems are pressure tested and subject to appropriate regulatory compliance.

Chemical and Specialty Pipework

We have experience installing pipework systems in specialist materials including PVDF, polypropylene, and lined steel, for applications involving aggressive chemicals or ultra-pure fluids. All works are carried out in accordance with the design specification and material requirements.

Pressure Testing & Documentation

All process pipework systems are pressure tested in accordance with the relevant standard and design specification. Full test documentation is produced and included in the project handover pack alongside weld records, material traceability, and as-built drawings.
