What We Do

BMS Installation and Integration

We carry out the full mechanical works associated with BMS projects, including the installation of field devices, sensors, actuators, and control valves across heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and process systems. Our teams are experienced working with systems from the leading BMS manufacturers and work closely with the controls engineers to ensure seamless integration between the mechanical plant and the BMS.

Sensors and Field Devices

We install the full range of BMS field devices including temperature sensors, humidity sensors, pressure transducers, flow meters, CO2 sensors, frost protection thermostats, air quality sensors, and damper actuators. All devices are installed in the correct locations to the design specification and connected to the BMS controller network.

Control Valves and Actuators

We supply and install motorised control valves, two-port and three-port, across heating, chilled water, and process pipework systems, along with damper actuators on HVAC ductwork systems. All valves and actuators are set up and tested as part of the BMS commissioning process.

Energy Metering

We install thermal energy meters, electrical sub-metering, and water meters, all connected to the BMS for monitoring, reporting, and targeting. Energy metering is an increasingly important requirement across commercial and public sector buildings, and we have experience meeting the metering requirements of SEAI and other regulatory bodies.

BMS Commissioning Support

We work closely with the BMS commissioning engineer to provide the mechanical support required during the commissioning and optimisation phase of the project. This includes valve stroke testing, actuator calibration support, and verification that all plant is operating as required to allow the control sequences to be properly set up and tuned.

Ongoing Maintenance

We offer maintenance services covering the mechanical components of BMS-controlled systems, including valves, actuators, sensors, and associated pipework. Regular maintenance ensures your BMS continues to deliver accurate data and effective control throughout the life of the building.
