Mechanical Ventilation Systems

We design and install mechanical ventilation systems for buildings of all types and sizes. Our scope includes supply and extract air handling units, ductwork distribution systems, attenuators, fire dampers, grilles and diffusers, and full air balancing on completion. All systems are installed to TR19 standards and commissioned to achieve design air volumes.

Air Conditioning Systems

We install split and multi-split air conditioning systems, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF/VRV) systems, chilled beam systems, fan coil units, and precision cooling for data rooms and specialist environments. Our engineers hold the required F-Gas certification for all refrigerant handling works.

Air Handling Units (AHUs)

We supply and install air handling units from leading manufacturers, including heat recovery units to maximise energy efficiency and reduce running costs. Our teams are experienced in the rigging, positioning, and connection of large rooftop and plant room AHUs on complex commercial projects.

Ductwork Fabrication & Installation

We carry out full ductwork installations in rectangular, circular, and spiral formats, in mild steel, stainless steel, and specialist materials for clean room and laboratory environments. All ductwork is installed to HVCA specifications and pressure tested as required.

Clean Room HVAC

We have extensive experience installing HVAC systems to the stringent requirements of pharmaceutical and medical device clean room environments. Our teams understand the demands of validation, qualification, and regulatory compliance in these settings, and we work closely with validation teams throughout the process.

Commissioning & Balancing

All HVAC systems are fully commissioned and air balanced by our commissioning engineers on completion. We produce comprehensive commissioning records and O&M manuals for handover, ensuring your facilities team can manage and maintain the system with confidence.

Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)

We offer structured maintenance contracts covering AHUs, FCUs, split systems, VRF systems, and associated controls. Regular PPM maximises system lifespan, maintains indoor air quality, and keeps your systems running at peak efficiency.
