Our Mission

It is Fergal Warren Mechanical’s mission to give our clients a quality and reliable service through continually adopting industry best practice.

That mission statement has guided us since the company was founded, and it is as relevant today as it has ever been. The construction and building services industry continues to evolve – new technologies, new standards, new ways of working – and we evolve with it. Our ISO 9001 certification reflects that commitment to continuous improvement, not just the delivery of a good job today, but the systems and culture to ensure we deliver good jobs consistently, every time.

How It Began

Our Story

Fergal Warren Mechanical was established in the late 1990s with a simple principle: do the work right, deliver on your commitments, and the reputation will follow.

Over the past quarter century, that approach has shaped everything about how we operate. We have grown steadily, taken on progressively larger and more complex projects, and built long-term relationships with clients across the healthcare, pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial, educational, and hospitality sectors.

Today, we operate a full-time team of 12 experienced employees, supported by eight fully equipped service vehicles, with the capacity to scale our workforce to meet the demands of larger programmes and contract requirements.

The depth of knowledge within the Fergal Warren Mechanical team is one of our greatest assets.

Fergal Warren (Director) and Tom Warren (Foreman) bring a combined experience of over 50 years in the mechanical contracting industry. Their hands-on knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job properly set the standard that runs through every project we undertake.

Every member of our site team has been with the company for over ten years. That continuity is rare in the construction industry and it matters — these are engineers who have seen everything, know how to solve problems on site, and take genuine pride in the quality of their work.

Our project surveying function is led by a degree-qualified industrial engineer with over a decade of experience in estimating, cost planning, tendering, budget control, and the submission of progress claims. Every project we price is assessed properly and every project we deliver is monitored against programme and budget from start to finish.
